Full technical decisions Multi-tenant cloud architecture supporting Canadian data residency requirements Compliance framework buildout: SOC 2, PIPEDA, MFIPPA, security standards relevant to Canadian municipal procurement Technical hiring as team grows 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or backend engineering with direct exposure to multi-tenant architecture, data residency, and uptime SLA commitments Shipped production systems where a bug has legal or compliance consequences Hands-on with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PIPEDA, or equivalent regulated environments Can review and challenge AI-generated code and architectural decisions.
