Hi, I’m Max, CTO and co-founder. Langfuse is focused on AI/LLM observability, with a lot of interesting challenges ahead, from AI data and developer experience to scaling systems for production workloads.
Right now, we’re focused on helping customers segment their traces, surface insights from them, and ship changes to their agents faster — building observability at serious scale while creating the product surface engineers actually live in day to day.
The best way to get a feel for what we’re building and how we work:
• Company Handbook (https://langfuse.com/handbook)
• How we work (https://langfuse.com/handbook/how-we-
work/principles)
• How we hire (https://langfuse.com/handbook/how-we-hire)
• Product Documentation (https://langfuse.com/docs)
• All our open roles (https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/langfuse)
If you’re excited about building the infrastructure and product layer for the next generation of AI applications, we’d love to hear from you.
Happy to answer any questions!
