Our platform reads policies and clinical records, producing decisions clinicians can audit. We're ~45 people in New York and recently raised $40M, bringing us to $64M total, from Sequoia, NEA, Neo, FPV, Kinnevik, and founders of DeepMind, Google AI, and Inflection. Role: Members of Technical Staff handle everything from system design to production: designing backend services, scaling AWS, debugging, scoping integrations, or evaluating LLM-powered systems. You'll set technical direction and mentor engineers.
