End-to-end ownership of individual capability agents — prompts, tools, retrieval, deterministic checks, evals, monitoring, enabling infrastructure setup. 3–5+ yrs strong Python, real production LLM API experience, shipped multiple agentic systems end-to-end. 1099 contract, ~20–40 hrs/wk. Occasional US travel, where feasible.
